Shipping & Returns Policy

At My Swing and Style, we strive to ensure that your order arrives quickly and smoothly. Below is our shipping policy to keep you informed about our shipping process.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During peak times like sales or holidays, processing may take an additional 2-3 days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

  • We offer standard shipping only within the United States, with delivery times ranging from 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
  • Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts). The discount will apply automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Order Issues:

  • If you have any questions or encounter any issues with your order, such as delays or incorrect items, please reach out to us at christin@myswingandstyle.com. I am here to help!

Changes to Shipping Information:

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours at christin@myswingandstyle.com, and I will do my best to accommodate the change.

Returns & Exchanges

At My Swing and Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange your product within 30 days, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from your order date to initiate a return or exchange. All items must be unused and in their original condition with packaging.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1–December 25 may be returned through January 15th.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
  1. Visit our Return Portal: myswingandstyle.com/a/service
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
  4. Choose your preferred resolution option (see below)
  5. Purchase and print your return shipping label
  6. Pack your items securely with original tags and packaging
  7. Ship your return within 14 days of authorization

Important: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization through our return portal.

Your Resolution Options

Exchanges:

  • Instant Exchange – Get your replacement shipped immediately (no waiting for your return to arrive!)
  • Product Exchange – Swap for a different item or size

Returns:

  • Refund to Payment Method – Money back to your original payment method
  • Store Credit – Keep the funds for your next purchase
  • Gift Card – Perfect if you're eyeing something else
  • Bank Refund – Direct deposit to your account

Shipping Costs & Refund Details

For Non-Defective Returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. A discounted return label will be available through our portal.
  • Original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping fees we incurred will be deducted from your refund.

For Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • We will issue a full refund with no deductions
  • We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Please email christin@myswingandstyle.com with photos before initiating your return

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the refund and issue confirmation. You'll receive email updates throughout the process.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Final sale items (marked as such at checkout)
  • Items returned after 30 days from order date
  • Items returned without prior authorization
